Check and Money Order :

  • 1. Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.
  • 2. Please place an order through our online shopping cart first, then write down your family name and your Order Number in the description of the check.
  • 3. Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout process. Please be sure to put the laptopbatterybbs and your family name on the back of your check or money order when you send us, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment.

Refund :

  • 1. After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction.
  • 2. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable).Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases.

Shipping Policy :

  • 1. Items are generally shipped out in next 2 business day after payment has been verified.
  • 2. We ship mainly through Hong Kong Post transport goods to the United States, Britain, Canada and Australia. To these four countries, goods will reach in 7-14 days. The transport to other countries need more time, we will send in registered form and inform tracking number.
  • 3. We also use Fedex to ship the goods. If you choose Fedex to ship the goods you will receive them in 3-5 days but more expensive.
  • 4. Please provide your correct and detailed address and your phone number to ensure the delivery on time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. If you need to change your address, please change it in Paypal before you pay.

Warranty and Return Policy :

  • 1. All our products have one year warranty! Defective products needs to be returned in 30 days after receipt. Do please contact us and we will bear freight. Otherwise we will not response.
